Case law updates are essential to experts. This course provides an overview of case law pertaining to specific mental health issues. The webinar is one hour and will occur on the first Thursday of the month each month over the next year. Course objectives include defining the key points of a presented case law and being able to describe the application in the mental health reports.
The course is offered per training or discounted when purchased by subscription. Here are the three options:

Each webinar will provide you with the case law to be discussed. An overview of the case and how the case applies to your cases will be discussed. Our webinars will include the hot topics of violent acts, catastrophic injuries, permanent total impairment, personnel actions, apportionment to prior injuries, and much more!

One hour of QME credit is awarded for each of the 12 webinars attended. Once signed up for the first webinar of the 12, there are no refunds for this subscription, regardless of the sessions unused. A full refund is available until April 1, 2019. After April 1, 2019 and up until the first webinar is signed up for in this package only a 50% discount is available. Once you sign up for the first of the 12 webinars, the refund is 0% of the purchase price.**
