Building a psych test battery for forensic cases

One-hour session live August 3, 2021 from 7PM-8PM (1 CEU credit for APA) for training on how to build a psych test battery. We will go over different tests to use and reasons for inclusion and exclusion. 

Objectives: 
  • List at least three categories of interest for a general test battery
  • Contrast symptom validity with performance validity testing
  • Identify objective personality tests commonly used by clinical psychologists.
  • Develop your own test battery with reasoning for your test inclusions

Building a battery

There are lots of psych tests out there to choose from. This training looks at how to build a basic battery and how to adapt to specific cases for diagnostic questions, while taking into account cultural considerations.
