Dr. Arthur Asatoorian has over twelve years of clinical experience and has been involved with training mental health providers through presentations on various behavioral health topics. He has performed numerous forensic psychological evaluations in civil, workers’ compensation, and criminal matters. Dr. Asatoorian’s expertise with a wide range of psychological tests and his detailed approach, leads to the formulation of opinions based on substantial evidence. His professional experience and training has ranged in a wide variety of settings. Prior to his work as a Forensic Psychologist, Dr. Asatoorian received specialized training through the West Los Angeles VA and the Sepulveda VA in working with veterans and conducting neuropsychological evaluations for those presenting with a wide range of psychological, emotional, and cognitive complaints. His research interests and experience have included PTSD and combat veterans, along with presentation of research findings at conferences. He worked as a clinical psychologist at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation conducting mental health assessments and cognitive functioning analysis.
