Our instructors are requested to participate based on his/her expertise, training, cultural sensitivities and knowledge, ethical perspective, and knowledge of the training issues. Each instructor has presenting styles that promote interest in learning and enhance the depth of knowledge. The interest in and continued motivation for gaining further competency and expertise is of particular importance to our training academy.
